Chicken Cheese Paratha
Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken (shredded) – 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese (grated) – ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese (grated) – ½ cup
- Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
- Fresh coriander (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- Ghee or butter – for frying
Instructions:
✅ Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Mix salt in the all-purpose flour and knead a soft dough with water.
- Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
✅ Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix shredded boiled chicken, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, green chili, coriander, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
✅ Step 3: Roll the Paratha
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll out into thin discs (like chapati).
- Spread the chicken and cheese filling evenly on one roti.
- Place the second roti on top and seal the edges by pressing gently.
- Roll it lightly with a rolling pin to even out the paratha.
✅ Step 4: Cook the Paratha
- Heat a tawa (griddle) and grease it with some ghee or butter.
- Cook the paratha until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

- Serve hot with yogurt, chutney, or tea and enjoy!
